    Our purpose is to make sure that you’re in the best place to service your client’s needs and be at a firm where you can grow your business.
  • How do you help advisors find the right fit?
    Our signature consulting process and asking lots of questions help us find out what is the best fit for you and your business. We guide you through the due diligence, exploration, and serve as a negotiator and advisor in what is a very complex process.
  • What firms do we represent?
    We are firm agnostic, from the traditional brokerage, banks, boutique, and regional firms, independent broker-dealer, and RIA space. Our only mission is to find the right match for you and your clients—even if that “match” ends up with you deciding to stay where you are.
  • What’s most important to advisors in this process?
    Confidentiality is paramount to advisors in this process. This is a massive advantage of working with a consulting firm. We can work on your behalf, gather due diligence, narrow the choices before disclosing your name. We work with the utmost discretion to protect your privacy: We will never share your name or any identifying information with anyone, without your express permission.
  • How does your compensation work?
    We only get paid when you move firms. In the case of firms themselves, recruiting fees do not impact individual advisor compensation and are allocated at the beginning of the year based on individual firm recruiting goals.
